Refund Policy

When promotion purchases and other payments made on Meetlop are eligible for a refund, and how to request one.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to paid purchases made on Meetlop, currently limited to promotion campaigns (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Enterprise placements). Points earned through registration bonuses, backlink hosting rewards, or platform activity are not purchased and are therefore not covered by this Refund Policy.

2. Refund-Eligible Situations

  • Failed payments: if a payment gateway reports a failure but funds were nonetheless deducted, the amount is refunded automatically once confirmed with the gateway, or credited if a technical reconciliation delay occurs.
  • Duplicate payments: if you are charged twice for the same promotion order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded upon verification.
  • Undelivered promotion: if Meetlop fails to begin fulfilling a purchased promotion package within a reasonable operational window and the shortfall is not attributable to your account status (for example, suspension for a Terms violation), you may request a full or partial refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Promotion campaigns that have already been partially or fully fulfilled — for example, placements already delivered under a Bronze or Silver package.
  • Dissatisfaction with SEO outcomes such as ranking position, traffic, or indexing speed, since Meetlop does not guarantee these outcomes (see our Disclaimer).
  • Suspension or removal of an account for violating the Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy after a purchase has been made.
  • Change of mind after a promotion campaign has started running.

4. Chargeback Policy

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly. Accounts that file a chargeback without first contacting Meetlop support may be suspended pending investigation, and repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination in line with our Account Suspension Policy.

5. Time Limits & Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date via help@meetlop.com, including your account username and the transaction reference from your payment history. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same gateway used for the purchase (Flutterwave, Paystack, or PayPal) and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.

6. Admin Discretion

Meetlop administrators may approve a refund outside the situations listed above at their discretion, and may also deny a refund request where there is evidence of abuse of the promotion system or the points economy.
