1. Overview
Meetlop respects intellectual property rights and responds to properly submitted copyright complaints regarding content hosted on member websites or referenced through the platform, in a manner consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable frameworks elsewhere.
2. Submitting a Takedown Notice
To submit a copyright complaint, email help@meetlop.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL of the material you believe infringes that work.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to help@meetlop.com including the removed material's location prior to takedown, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction where you are located (or, if outside the relevant country, an appropriate judicial district).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts that are the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints will be suspended and, for continued infringement, permanently terminated in line with our Account Suspension Policy.
5. Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, Meetlop reviews the claim and, where warranted, removes or disables the relevant backlink assignment or listing, notifies the affected account, and logs the action in our audit trail.
Reach the Meetlop team at help@meetlop.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
