Effective date: January 1, 2026 Last updated: January 1, 2026
MLP-LEGAL-05.1

1. What You Can Do

  • Register one verified website and use it to exchange genuine, relevant backlinks with other verified members.
  • Request backlinks for your own website using points you have honestly earned.
  • Purchase promotion packages to receive priority placement.
  • Report broken links, suspected fraud, or platform issues through the reporting system.
MLP-LEGAL-05.2

2. What You Cannot Do

You may not use Meetlop to build or host: spam, pornography or adult content, malware or phishing pages, gambling or casino promotion outside a compliant, category-approved gambling business, scam or fraudulent offers, or any website whose primary purpose is illegal in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Content on Linking Pages

  • Fake or parked domains used solely to farm points.
  • Pages that exist only to host outbound links with no genuine content ("link farms").
  • AI-generated spam pages with no editorial value, produced solely to place backlinks.
  • Content that infringes third-party copyright or trademark rights.
MLP-LEGAL-05.4

4. Prohibited Technical Manipulation

  • Hidden links (display:none, zero opacity, zero font-size, or off-screen positioning).
  • Cloaked links that show different content to Meetlop's crawler than to human visitors.
  • Links injected only after JavaScript execution, unless explicitly supported by Meetlop's crawler configuration for your case.
  • Links placed inside HTML comments so they render invisibly.
  • Redirect chains used to disguise the true destination of a backlink.
  • Buying, selling, or otherwise sourcing backlinks and assignments outside Meetlop's assignment engine while representing them as Meetlop placements.
MLP-LEGAL-05.5

5. Prohibited Account Behavior

  • Mass account creation, including multiple accounts controlled by the same person or organization.
  • Reciprocal abuse โ€” coordinating with another account to game the assignment engine or Trust Score.
  • Impersonating another website owner or organization during registration or verification.

6. Enforcement

Violations are handled under the graduated warning system described in our Account Suspension Policy: an initial notification, a reminder, a final warning, temporary suspension, and, for repeated or intentional abuse, permanent account deletion. Severe violations โ€” such as malware distribution or illegal content โ€” may result in immediate suspension without following the full warning sequence.
