Community Guidelines

The standard of conduct expected between website owners exchanging backlinks and communicating on Meetlop.

Effective date: January 1, 2026 Last updated: January 1, 2026
MLP-LEGAL-10.1

1. Guiding Principle

Meetlop connects real website owners, publishers, and organizations for mutual benefit. Every interaction — from a report submitted about a broken link to a support ticket — should reflect the same professionalism you would expect from a business partner.

MLP-LEGAL-10.2

2. Expected Behavior

  • Communicate respectfully in reports, tickets, and any messaging features.
  • Assume good faith when a link-health issue may be a technical accident rather than intentional manipulation, and use the reporting system rather than confrontation.
  • Represent your website and organization accurately during registration and verification.
  • Honor the anchor text, target URL, and placement instructions in each backlink assignment.
MLP-LEGAL-10.3

3. Prohibited Behavior

  • Abuse, harassment, or threats directed at another member or at Meetlop staff.
  • Impersonating another person, business, or organization.
  • Discriminatory language or conduct on any protected basis.
  • Submitting false or malicious reports intended to harm another member's account.
MLP-LEGAL-10.4

4. Reporting a Concern

Use the "Reports" section of your dashboard to flag abuse, harassment, or a suspected fake account. Every report is assigned a unique ticket number and reviewed by a Meetlop administrator.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines are addressed under the same graduated system described in our Account Suspension Policy, up to and including permanent account removal for severe or repeated misconduct.
