1. Supported Payment Gateways
Meetlop processes promotion purchases through Flutterwave, Paystack, and PayPal. At any given time, one gateway is active and selectable by Meetlop administrators; the checkout flow will always use whichever gateway is currently enabled for your region.
2. Currencies
Prices are displayed in the currency configured by Meetlop administrators for the active gateway. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion and fees if you pay in a different currency than the one shown at checkout.
3. Taxes
Prices shown do not necessarily include applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar levies. Where required by law, such taxes will be calculated and added at checkout or reflected in your gateway receipt.
4. Invoices
A payment receipt is generated for every successful transaction and can be viewed in your account's payment history. If you require a formal invoice for accounting purposes, contact help@meetlop.com.
5. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails but funds are held or deducted, or if you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue, contact support; eligible amounts are refunded under our Refund Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact Meetlop before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension under our Account Suspension Policy.
7. Payment Security
Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by the active gateway (Flutterwave, Paystack, or PayPal) under their own PCI-compliant systems. Meetlop does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
