Points are Meetlop's internal currency. You can earn them through platform activity, or buy them directly if you'd rather move faster. Every package credits your Points Wallet instantly and points never expire.
Larger packages carry a lower effective price per point — Agency works out roughly 23% cheaper per point than Starter. Payment is processed through whichever gateway is currently active on your account (Flutterwave or Paystack), and points are credited the moment payment is confirmed.
Promotion Plans
Promotion spends points to increase one specific website's visibility in the assignment engine. It's applied per website, so you decide exactly which site gets the boost — and you can only activate a plan on a website you own that's already verified.

The priority multiplier increases the probability that your promoted website is selected by the assignment engine relative to other eligible candidates in its pool — it does not guarantee a fixed number of placements, and it has no effect on search engine rankings. Only one promotion can be active on a given website at a time.
How It Works
Buying points and activating a promotion are two separate, deliberate steps — paying never activates a promotion automatically. Here's the full flow from checkout to a promoted website.
1. Buy Points
Choose a package and pay with Flutterwave or Paystack. Points land in your wallet instantly.
2. Choose a Website
Open the Promotion Dashboard and pick which of your verified websites should be promoted.
3. Activate a Plan
Select Starter, Growth, or Pro. The plan's cost is deducted from your points balance immediately.
4. Get Priority
For the plan's duration, your website carries its priority multiplier in every matching round it's eligible for.
Your Promotion Dashboard always shows your current points balance, any active promotion per website, remaining days, and the exact expiration date — so there's never any guesswork about what's running or when it ends.

Important Notes
- Points never expire once credited to your wallet, whether earned or purchased.
- Buying points never activates a promotion by itself — activation is always a separate, explicit action.
- Promotion is applied per website, not per account. If you own multiple websites, you choose which one benefits.
- Only one promotion can be active on a given website at a time; you can let it run out or cancel it before starting another.
- Points already spent on an activated promotion are not refunded if you cancel it early.
- A higher priority multiplier increases your probability of selection — it is never a guarantee of a fixed number of placements.
- Promotion affects Meetlop's internal assignment engine only. It has no effect on search engine rankings.
