Points System Policy

1. Nature of Points

Points are an internal unit of exchange used exclusively within Meetlop to allocate backlink assignments fairly. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased directly, cannot be withdrawn as currency, and cannot be manually transferred between accounts.

2. How Points Are Earned

• Registration bonus: 100 points, credited once your email and website are both verified.
• Monthly active-link reward: 5 points per month for every backlink you host that remains verified, do-follow, visible, accessible, and unchanged at the time of the monthly crawl.
• Occasional admin adjustments: discretionary credits issued to correct errors or resolve disputes.

3. How Points Are Spent

Requesting backlinks for your own website costs 10 points per backlink. For example, requesting 5 backlinks costs 50 points, requesting 20 costs 200 points, and requesting 100 costs 1,000 points. Before you confirm a request, Meetlop shows the total cost, your remaining balance after the request, your estimated queue position, and an estimated completion time.

4. Inactive & Expired Backlinks

A backlink that fails a monthly verification check — because it was removed, converted to nofollow, altered, or made inaccessible — does not earn that month's reward and is flagged with a warning as described in our Terms and Conditions. Repeated failures affect both future rewards and your Trust Score.

5. Fraud & Trust Score Deductions

Points may be deducted, and future earning potential reduced, where Meetlop's fraud-detection systems confirm hidden links, cloaked links, fabricated verification, or reciprocal-abuse patterns. Trust Score deductions independently affect how quickly and how favorably you receive new assignments, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

6. The Points Ledger

Every change to your balance — registration bonus, backlink purchase, monthly reward, admin adjustment, or promotion purchase — is written permanently to your points ledger with a transaction ID, date, reason, previous balance, amount, new balance, and reference. Nothing is ever deleted from this history, and you can view it at any time from "Points History" in your dashboard.

7. Admin Adjustments

Meetlop administrators may credit or debit points to correct system errors, resolve a support ticket, or apply a fraud penalty. Every such adjustment is logged in your points ledger with a stated reason and is visible to you.
